All orders are processed within 7 business days. Processing time may vary based on order complexity, material availability, and production workload. Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Local Pickup: Clients will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
  • Local Delivery: Available for an additional fee within Castries and Gros Islet.

Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping costs are based on destination. The final shipping fee will be displayed on the invoice.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. If applicable, international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
