When we first started out back in 2016, our focus was on delivering functional and attractive custom products. But as we grew, we began to realize that small changes can make a big difference in customer satisfaction, especially when those changes are driven by real-world feedback and experience.
Improving Our Name Badges – A Simple Fix That Made a Drastic Difference
One of our services offered are custom name badges. For those who’ve ordered them before, might remember the version that used separate magnetic strips on the back.
They looked good and worked fine, but over time, there was always a possibility of those magnets coming loose and getting misplaced which would make the badges less reliable. So, we decided to change that.
We redesigned the badge to have part of the magnet embedded directly into the badge itself. It’s a subtle change, sure, but one that’s made a huge difference thus far. The result is:
- A more secure magnet connection
- Fewer lost parts
- A cleaner, sleeker look and feel
Now, clients don’t have to worry about chasing down missing magnets. It just works, and it works much better.
Rethinking Our Trophies – From Lightweight to Premium Feel
Another product we’ve evolved over the years are our trophies/ plaques. The first sets we designed were lighter and practical, but they didn’t always carry the kind of presence we wanted them to have.
So, we listened to the feedback and took it seriously. We started embedding weights into the base of our trophy/ plaque designs. It’s not something you’d notice right away visually, but you can definitely feel the difference.
Now, our trophies have:
- A heavier, more premium feel
- Better stability on shelves and desks
- A more substantial presence to match the importance of the moment
It’s all about delivering something that feels as significant as the achievement it’s celebrating.
