Defective Products: If you receive a defective product or one that does not meet the specifications agreed upon, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and either replace the item or issue a full refund upon verification of the
defect.

Order Discrepancies: If there is an error in your order, such as receiving the wrong item or quantity, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will correct the mistake promptly.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized and personalized items, as well as digital design files, are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns should be initiated within the timeframes specified above.
