Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or does not meet the specifications agreed upon, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund upon verification of the defect.

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Orders canceled within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized and personalized items, as well as digital design files, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are found to be defective.
